$FA Tasks

The $FA module supports Tasks just like Customers and Accounts in iPath.  There are some differences however, the Tasks in the $FA module have been simplified to make data entry easier.

Tasks differ from Notes in the $FA Module in that Tasks can be assigned Due Dates and will present you with a reminder a set number of days in advance (this is a setting the user decides).

Creating New Tasks

To create a new Task against an LPOC, select the desired LPOC and select the Tasks tab.  Then click the "New Task" link.  The following window will be displayed:



Complete all the required fields and click Save to save the Task.

NOTE: The Alert Me field will determine the number of days before the Task is due that it will appear in your Task list in iManager.  For example, if you enter "3" in this field, the Task will be displayed in iManager 3 days prior to the date entered as the Due Date.

Editing Tasks

To edit a task, simply double-click on the desired Task on the Task tab.
