iManager & Enhancement Requests

Effective May 14th, 2007 we've released two new features in iPath.  These features are designed to both improve the user experience and efficiency, as well as support future iPath Enhancement requests.

iManager

iManager is the new default page for all users.  iManager is a single screen to allow users to manage all their workload in iPath.  From iManager, users can view (and access) all Cases, Orders and Tasks that are assigned to them.

This makes it much easier to manager your work items.

There is search capability as well.  Below is an example of the new iManager screen

Note that searching will filter all the "portals" for the entered search criteria.

Enhancement Requests

Under the Tools menu, we have added a new item called Enhancement Requests.  The Enhancement module allows users to request iPath enhancements.  This way the IT staff can better track, prioritize and keep you updated on the status of Enhancement requests.

Submitting a New Enhancement Request

To submit a new Enhancement request, simply access the Enhancement module from Tools>Enhancement Requests.  The following page will be displayed

Simply click the New Enhancement link as shown (on the right).  The following screen will be displayed:

Simply enter the required fields and a comment detailing your request and click Save.

IT will be emailing you to with status updates.  You can also always go in to the Enhancement module and review your Enhancement request and add additional notes to it (similar to Notes in Orders or Cases).
