$FA Notes

$FA Notes allow Sales Associates to enter Notes against LPOCs. Notes differ from Tasks in that they do note have due dates.  Notes are a useful means for jotting down quick information about an LPOC as they are managed through the sales cycle.

Adding Notes

First, select a LPOC from Pane 1 on the $FA Home page, next click on the Notes tab.  The following screen will be displayed:



A list of current notes is provided.  To edit a notes, see the Editing Notes section.

To add a New Note, click the "New Note" link, the following window will be displayed:



Enter the Note content and click the Save button.  The note will be added and displayed on the Notes tab as shown below:



Editing Notes

Editing notes is as easy as clicking on the selected note.  Clicking a note will display the following window:



Make any changes or additions to the note and click the Save button.  The note will be updated.
