The $FA Home Page

The Sales Force Automation ($FA) Home page provides the Sales Associate with all the information and tools in location to manage their Leads, Funnel, Forecast and Quote Generation.

Many features have been added in order to improve the previous capabilities of the iPath Sales Module.  The $FA Home page is divided into 3 sections and is displayed below:



The different sections are defined as follows:

Section 1 - The Lead/Customer Search Pane

This section allows user to Search for Existing Leads, Prospects, Opportunities and Customers (hereafter referred to as "LPOC's") (see the Pre-Customer Stages section for a description of these different stages).

Simply start typing in the search window to filter by a specific LPOC.  By default, Customers are excluded. To include Customers in the search check the "Incl. Customers" checkbox.  You can also search by Contact Name by changing the "Customer Name" drop-down box to "Contact Name".

Selecting an LPOC will display in Grid 2 The Funnel, Quote, Task and Note items for the selected LPOC.  

Note that next to each LPOC there is an icon that indicates the status of the LPOC:

Leads & Prospects are indicated by the following icon:

Opportunities are indicated by the following icon:

Customers are indicated by the following icon:

Section 2 - The LPOC Funnel/Quote/Task/Notes Pane

This pane displays all the Funnel Items, Quotes, Tasks and Notes assigned to a selected LPOC from pane one.

Section 3 - The "My Funnel" and "My Quotes" Pane

This pane displays all the Funnel Items and Quotes that are currently open for the sales rep that is logged in.  For managers, Funnel items and Quotes for all sales associates are displayed.

This pane also include a Funnel/Forecast Report tab which displays a report for the Sales Associate of their current Funnel and Forecast.
